5. Black Screen
The issue was there with the Android Marshmallow OS on the Samsung Galaxy devices and it seems that it has made its way to Nougat as well. First, you must try to hard restart the way mentioned above when the display goes black and unresponsive. If this doesn’t work, then you must open the recovery menu by holding the power, home and volume up button together and then select the Reboot system now option.
6. Sound and Camera App Problem
After the Nougat update, there can be instances when you won’t be able to hear the sound at all or would be muffled. First of all, check if the speaker grill is clean and if it is then notice if you are facing the issue with a specific app. If an app is found to be the culprit, then either update it or you may remove it from your phone. You can even power the device and then power it up after a few seconds if the issue is with the phone in general.
For the issues with the camera app, try restarting the phone. This might sound simple but is very effective in solving most of the minor issues with the Android phones. If restarting doesn’t work, you need to clear the app data and cache of the camera app.
