Things are getting intense for the gaming industry and enthusiasts as Nvidia has announced their gaming celebration event on February 28 during the GDC 2017. The event will further spice up the competition as AMD has also scheduled an event for the GDC 2017 where it is likely to showcase its Vega GPU.
Nvidia has tweeted to confirm about the event and has also provided some details about it. The event details were shared by Eventbrite and the users willing to be a part of the event will have to register on the website. You can click here to register.

You’re invited to attend the GeForce GTX gaming celebration!
Come join us for an evening of awesome PC gaming, hardware, tournaments and of course free food, drinks and a few other amazing surprises.
Doors will open at 6:30 PM and the event will start promptly at 7 PM.
The celebration will take place in downtown San Francisco, CA. Venue address will be released the week of.
First come, first served, so please be sure to register and come early to get your game on. Limit one ticket per person.

Nvidia also mentions about “amazing surprises”, which hints towards the announcement of GTX 1080 Ti. The GeForce GTX Titan X was revealed at GDC 2015, so, it won’t be very surprising if the company announces the GTX 1080 Ti during this year’s GDC.
As mentioned earlier, AMD has also planned to host their Capsaicin and Cream event on the same date of February 28, it is a great possibility that the AMD Vega GPU will give a sneak peek at the event. It would be very interesting to see how the offerings of both the companies fair against each other.
