The iPhone 7 unveiling, just like all the previous iPhone releases, was one of the most anticipated smartphone launches of the year. Of course, the new iPhones are selling well, even though there are people who have criticised Apple for not introducing major changes to the device. Nevertheless, rumors and speculations surrounding the 2017 iPhone have already started, and it all looks very exciting.
Firstly, it is being said that Apple is going to launch the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus next year. As the name suggests, we can expect the S variants to get minor even though significant upgrades over the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. But as it’s going to be the 10th anniversary of the iPhone, all eyes are set on the alleged iPhone 8 that could be the “star” iPhone launch next year. Today, the iPhone 8 price has reportedly leaked out.
According to a new report by Chinese news site MyDrivers, the iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus pricing will remain the same as the prices of the current iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Meanwhile, the price of the iPhone 8 is expected to be somewhere around $1200. That’s very, very expensive, but we all know that it’s of the least concern to Apple. Because the iPhone 8, with all the expected major and exciting upgrades, will sell really well regardless of its high pricing.
Of course, this new iPhone 8 price leak is not backed by any strong evidence, but the news comes straight from Mac Otakara, a very reliable news site, and Ming-Chi Kuo, who is known as the best Apple analyst in the world. Even then, take this leak with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for more updates.
