Morgan’s Freeman latest show, The Story Of God has gained lot of attention for its unique and rare genre since its first season. The television documentary series which airs on National Geographic Channel, explores various cultures and religions, further defining them for their own uniqueness and belief system. The documentary has been appreciated by audiences all across the globe and now enters its second season the coming year.
What to expect from the Second Season?
Morgan Freeman will return as a host for the second season and will also take the seat as an executive producer along with James Younger and Lori McCreary. “What is Heaven and what is hell? Who are the chosen ones? Is There Proof of God’s existence?” is read as the official synopsis of the upcoming Emmy-nominated series.
The upcoming season is expected to brush away the dust of doubt from subjects like an afterlife, spiritual life, and prophets. In order to give fans a deep insight into the life and get answers from several geographies, Freeman will travel borders and meet few spiritual icons. The second installment covers three questions:
Proof Of God: Gifts of tongues and exorcisms are two basic subjects that will be scrutinized by Freeman. In addition to this, Freeman will meet people who claim to have had a peek of heaven.
Heaven and Hell: One of the most onliest topics that have no significant explanation will also be explored by Freeman. He will be seen exchanging words with people who have felt the power of the almighty.
Chosen One: The one question that every individual spends an eternity to find out will also see a significant amount of attention in the second season. Freeman will meet the rumored reincarnation of Buddhist Lama who is a little American boy.
