iPad Pro 2 Rumoured To Be Launched In Three Models This Year

Earlier rumours suggested that the Apple iPad Pro will launch in March this year. As the day nears, rumours about the tablet are revealing more and more details. The latest rumours suggest that the iPad Pro 2 will come in three variants and is being said to be extremely powerful, outperforming the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

As of now, the Apple iPad Pro comes in two variants. 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch. The two tablets are very powerful and are one of the bests in the market, but an upgrade is now due. Apart from the two sizes that it already comes in, the Apple iPad Pro 2 will have a third variant with a screen size of either 10.5 or 10.9 inches. There are two different reports regarding the third screen size variant and both of them suggest different sizes.

That is not it with the variant with a new screen size. Apple is also expected to launch the tablet with a revised design language. The screen size of 10.5 inches and 10.9 inches is new to iPad and it would be interesting to see how Apple incorporates it with the new design. It will reportedly have a bezel-less display and the home button will also be embedded below the display.

The rumour regarding the home button is also for the iPhone 8. Despite the increased screen estate, the tablet will have the same physical size as the 9.7-inch variant. Apart from this, according to earlier rumours, the iPad Pro 2 will feature a new A10X chipset supported by 4 GB of RAM and will run iOS 10.3 out of the box. 3D touch may also make its way to the new tablets.
