Launched almost a year and a half back, the Moto DROID Turbo 2 still makes a great deal, especially considering the special price it is now available at. The phone is locked to Verizon Wireless and is available for sale on Best Buy for a price of $312.
The price is great for the device that was once a flagship phone and it hasn’t been much time since its launch, making it good for using today too. Moreover, the phone has also started to receive Android 7.0 Nougat update from Verizon that brings a host of changes and updates. The usual price of the phone is $499.99 and the discount accounts to $188.
However, the price is valid only for Verizon instalment plan of $12.99 per month for 24 months, which takes the total to $312. The deal in itself is quite great but Best Buy makes it even better by giving away a gift card. The company is offering a gift card of $200 with the purchase of the phone, bringing the effective price of the Moto DROID Turbo 2 to mere $112.
To refresh your memory, the DROID Turbo 2 sports a 5.4-inch QHD display which is claimed to be shatterproof and several tests have proven it as well. it is powered by Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 GB of RAM. There is a 21 MP camera on the back and the battery capacity of the phone is 3760 mAh. It was first launched with Android 5.0 Lollipop, was updated to Android Marshmallow last year and as said earlier, it has already started to receive the Nougat update.
In a recent update, Android Police could identify a glitch that wasn’t letting the orders go through. The deal is still available on the Best Buy website and you can try your luck if you could get this unbeatable deal.
