This summer would be marked with the launch of the OnePlus 5 that has been rumoured for long. Thanks to the number of leaks recently, we have almost every detail about the phone, including its detailed specifications. This leaked image gives us a look at what it seems to be the final design of the OnePlus 5.
OnePlus 5’s launch is just around the corner and the design leak at this time would most probably be the final one as there isn’t enough time left to fiddle with the design. Coming from Android Authority, the image gives us the best look of the OnePlus 5.
Like it has been long rumoured, the next flagship from OnePlus would come with a dual camera setup on the back and this image shows one. There was a confusion if the phone would come with a horizontal placement or a vertical one, and this image stands in support for the latter.
The design, colour, antenna bands and the overall look resembles the last years OnePlus 3T. However, the phone shown in this pic sports a bit more rounded corners. Other than that, you can see an LED flash and the OnePlus logo right beneath it.
India Today leaked an image of the OnePlus 5 a few weeks back and its deemed fake by some blogs, including Android Authority, for certain reasons. It now turns out that this new image is very similar to what India Today reported back then.
More and more reports around the OnePlus 5 are revealing all the details of the phone, like one confirmed a Sony IMX398 sensor for the phone’s rear camera with 1.12-micron pixel. The phone also made an appearance on AnTuTu where it scored an impressive 176,000 and GeekBench scoring 6687.
The phone will come with a 5.5-inch 2K display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, Snapdragon 835, 6GB of RAM, and a 3600mAh battery among others. It is expected to launch next month and would be reportedly priced at $449.
